Chef Richard has been running the kitchen at Boathouse for the past three years and now he’s stepping in as the Executive Chef. Same fire. Bigger vision.

 

Originally from Winnipeg, Manitoba, he’s cooked his way through two decades of pressure, long nights, and real kitchens. The kind where you earn your stripes and respect isn’t handed out…it’s earned.

 

Kenora isn’t just a move. It’s a commitment.

 

He didn’t come here to just run a restaurant. He came to build something that belongs to the community. A steakhouse that Kenora can be proud of. A place where quality matters, where food is done right, and where people feel it the second they walk in.
